Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms") carefully before using www.houseofyage.com ("the Site") operated by House of Yage ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our services.

By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

 

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 

2. Member Services and Studio Policies

  • Cancellations: Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time. If not cancelled in time, the class will be forfeited, and you will need to pay again to rebook on the same day. Waitlist clients must also cancel within this window if they are moved into class.

  • Reservations: Clients must be physically present at class start time or their spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

  • Membership Packages: We do not charge fees for late cancellations or no-shows; however, your booked class will be forfeited in both cases and a new payment is required to rebook.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

3. Studio Rules

  • All classes and packages are non-refundable.

  • All classes must be prepaid.

  • Late arrivals may result in forfeited class credits.

  • If recovering from illness or injury, inform the instructor before class.

  • Class schedule and instructors may change without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

 

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By enrolling, attending, or participating in any House of Yage classes or activities, you:

  • Confirm you are in good health and cleared for physical exercise.

  • Acknowledge the inherent risks of physical training including injury, illness, or death.

  • Voluntarily assume full responsibility and release House of Yage and its team from liability for any harm.

Minors (15–17) may attend only with a parent/guardian present. Under 15 are not permitted.

Pregnancy: Clients who are pregnant should consult with their doctor before participating.

COVID-19: You accept the risk of exposure by attending and waive all liability associated with infection, even if caused by negligence.

House of Yage reserves the right to deny access if participation may pose a health risk.

 

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to House of Yage. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.

Any feedback or suggestions submitted by you become our property.

 

6. Mobile Services

You may access some features through your mobile device. Standard data and messaging rates may apply. By using mobile services, you agree to receive communications via your device.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice. Relevant sections of these Terms survive termination, including limitations of liability.

 

8. External Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked on our website. Please review their terms and privacy policies.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration as outlined below.

 

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page periodically for updates.

 

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent.

 

12. Fees and Refund Policy

You acknowledge our right to change service fees. No refunds are given for membership or classes once purchased unless legally required.

 

13. Security Camera Policy

A security camera is installed in the studio for safety. It is inactive during classes and operates only after hours. Footage is stored securely for up to 30 days and accessed only for legitimate investigations.

 

14. Entire Agreement & Waiver

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement. If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remains enforceable. No waiver shall be construed as ongoing unless explicitly stated.

 

15. Arbitration Clause

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless related to intellectual property or breaches of user conduct.

16. Membership Options and Terms

House of Yagé offers a range of monthly memberships. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

Unlimited Membership Agreement

  • Includes access to one Lagree group class per day, subject to booking availability.

  • Monthly fee: €350 (VAT included), billed automatically each month via the selected payment method.

  • First payment is processed upon enrollment; subsequent payments occur on the same calendar day monthly.

  • Requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

  • Missed or declined payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain access.

  • Members must cancel booked classes at least 12 hours in advance to avoid late/no-show fees.

  • Temporary freezes may be requested in writing for medical or exceptional reasons and are subject to approval.

  • House of Yagé reserves the right to revoke membership for rule violations or unpaid fees.

12 Classes/Month Membership

  • €300/month (VAT included), billed automatically every month.

  • Includes 12 Lagree classes per month. Additional sessions can be purchased at a member rate.

  • Unused classes do not roll over.

  • Requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

  • Subject to availability and standard booking and cancellation policies.

8 Classes/Month Membership

  • €245/month (VAT included), billed automatically every month.

  • Includes 8 Lagree classes per month.

  • Unused classes do not roll over.

  • Requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

  • Subject to availability and studio policies.
