You can book classes online or via our app. Simply click on “Schedule,” create your profile, and choose a class package that suits you. We recommend booking early, as our classes often sell out.

Absolutely! Our classes are accessible for all fitness levels. Our instructors offer modifications and support as you build strength and confidence. Be patient with yourself, stay focused, and enjoy the journey!

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on the Megaformer. Using spring-based resistance and controlled movements, it targets muscular endurance, core strength, and full-body toning. Unlike Reformer Pilates, Lagree is more intense and focused on fatiguing the muscles to achieve maximum results.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the equipment and method. For safety reasons, first-time clients who arrive late cannot be admitted. Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and stability—available for purchase at the studio if needed.

All classes are taught in English. Classes with Angela Viejo Palacio are also offered in Spanish. Classes with Mehrdad are also offered in Farsi. Classes with Joanna Mason are also offered in French.

We recommend attending 3 classes per week for best results. Consistency is key, but so is rest and recovery.

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. You’ll be notified by email at least 12 hours in advance if a spot opens. If you haven’t received confirmation, you’re welcome to check in at the studio before class starts—available spaces are given to waitlisted clients after the 5-minute grace period has passed.

We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of your class credit. This also applies to rescheduling. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Punctuality is essential for safety and class flow. First-time clients must arrive 10 minutes early. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Doors are locked once class begins, and late arrivals will not be admitted—class credit will be forfeited.

We do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel a class within the cancellation window, the credit will be returned to your account for future use. See our Terms of Service for more information.

Lagree uses the Megaformer and is focused on high-intensity muscular endurance, performed with slow and controlled movements to target deep muscle fatigue. Reformer Pilates, while also a great workout, is lower intensity and emphasizes core control, alignment, and flexibility.

Congratulations! If you were already practicing Lagree before pregnancy and feel comfortable continuing, you may attend classes with your doctor’s approval. Please inform your instructor before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.

You must be 15 years or older to attend. Minors aged 15–17 require a parent or guardian to be present. No one under the age of 15 is permitted in class.

Yes. All instructors are fully certified in the Lagree method and trained to provide a safe, supportive, and effective workout experience.
